I had another wonderful relaxing day hanging around the Highland Center reading and taking meditative walks in the woods. I imagined my grandmother, Vivian Viola May Wiggins walking with me around Echo Lake; a very flat beautiful walk below the boulders.
As I was talking to her, I looked up to see a very small old cemetery with just a couple headstones still visible. One sees much more when we slow down and take notice not just of the objects around us, but also the space around us.
